Tool turns your ideas into business

Created by M&C, the platform replaces months of planning with a guided chat. It analyzes the project through the 12 pillars of the advanced project matrix (MAPA) and even builds the business website or app. Anyone who has ever tried to get a startup off the ground knows the drill. First come the spreadsheets, then the long questionnaires, the business plan, and the meetings to figure out what's missing. Only then does product development begin. It takes months of work before showing anything to a customer or investor.

The Inovai, a tool by consultant Marcio Rosa and M&C, proposes another path: you tell it what you want to build and the AI does the rest right along with you. The idea is captured by the question that opens the platform: "What do you want to build today?"

From chat to diagnosis

The starting point is a conversation, not a form. The entrepreneur answers one question at a time, just like in a chat. Behind the scenes, each response is automatically saved and organized.

The method behind this organization is the MAPA Matrix, an innovation project analysis map that covers the strategic, tactical, and digital fronts of a business. In practice, the tool looks at the project the way an experienced investor would:

  • Operational overview: what services the business offers (consulting, support, warranty, training) and how the product reaches the customer (channels, delivery, inventory, infrastructure).
  • Audience and market: who buys, what they want, what they criticize, and why they decide to buy. It also covers demand, competitors, market share, and the product's real differential.
  • Rules of the game: laws, regulations, rights, and obligations affecting the business, along with incentives that can help.
  • Production and costs: resources, labor, timelines, steps, and how much it costs to deliver the product.
  • Technology: what already exists, what needs to be created, what is proprietary, and which platforms make sense.
  • Communication and sales: brand, visual identity, digital marketing, and sales team, taking into account the audience's cultural, economic, and geographic factors.
  • Pricing: revenue streams, taxes, promotions, credit, and sales conditions.

The result is a consolidated report grouped by the MAPA Matrix pillars, complete with a diagnosis that highlights traction, pricing, and technology bottlenecks before the product hits the market. It's the kind of document a founder brings to a conversation with investors.

The "Builder AI": From plan to product

Here Inovai goes beyond a business plan. The platform features a Builder AI: you describe what you need, and it builds the application, whether it's the website, the store, or the business app.

The package includes:

  • Real-time preview, to watch the project take shape while the AI works;
  • Integrated code editor (the same type of editor used by programmers), showing the file tree for anyone who wants to tweak the details;
  • Templates chosen by the AI based on the type of project;
  • Conversation-based refinement: just keep asking for adjustments until it looks and works right;
  • Hosting or export: the project can stay on the platform itself or be downloaded as a ZIP file and published anywhere.

The generated code uses current market technologies, such as React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for websites, and also generates installable themes for content managers and online stores. In short, the entrepreneur is not locked into the tool.

Designed for multiple channels from day one

The MAPA Matrix includes a layer called Cross Solution, which forces the tool to think beyond the first launch: whether the business will run on the web, mobile, or desktop; if it needs an app store presence; if it will have customers in other countries; and how security and scalability look. These are questions many projects ask themselves far too late.

Who it's for

Inovai speaks to three audiences:

  • Entrepreneurs who have the idea but lack the technical team;
  • Designers and developers who want to speed up the planning phase and the first version of the product;
  • Startups seeking funding, who need an organized diagnosis to present to investors.

There is a free plan with limited credits to try out the platform before making any commitment.
